Unjustified Lawyer Fees for Foreclosure

After a year of trying to resolve an issue with Ocwen over legal/collection expenses that were charged when no work was done by the lawyers (according to the lawyers own office), I still am no where.

When I call Ocwen, I am told that I need to send a writen request to the research department. I have sent this request asking them to give me proof of the services being administered (because I know for a fact they were not as I call the lawyers office on the day that I sent in my payments to bring my account up to date with Ocwen and they said they had not done anything at all with the account, no filings, nothing) and they just send me back a generic request for payment. I also have asked them repeatedly to change the name on the account from "the estate of" to "the trust of" and they will not do this. This could have financial implications for me. That is it in a nutshell. My next step is to send a certified letter.
