Took $200 from checking account & said they would send me 4 $50 checks to cover charge

They told me they were a credit rebuilding prog., and if I paid a $200 processing fee, they would send me 4 $50 credit cards to use any way I wanted to. Then they would issue me a $2000 credit card. They took the $200, and I haven't heard from them. They took the money 10/31, and said I would recieve the 4 $50 credit cards by 11/31.
