Misleading ripoff company that prey on peoples insecurities. It's just not right! Deceptive company

After applying to a few credit card companies, the Peoples Credit Card company sent a letter to me stating that I was pre-approved to receive a credit card.

All I had to do was send $45 dollars to get the card or $49 dollars to get it faster. I chose to send $49 dollars.

The offer sounded really promising, a $5,000 dollar limit, 0% for the first 12 months, and a 30 day money back guarantee.

It has now been about two weeks and I have not heard anything from them.

The only thing that I want now is to get my money back.

But what I want for other people they've scammed and myself is a public apology. If at all possible.
