Ripoff consumer fraud

They sent a card in the mail and said I was approved for a unsecured credit limit for 4,000. I called the toll free
number and they were asking me for all this personal information and where was my bank located and the address, I told the lady that nobody gets my information
on the phone or nowhere else.

Then she replayed to me do you want the card or
not and I told her no and she asked me was I sure and I hung my phone up.

Someone has already used my name and that's why I can't get anything.
