False Advertising Company should be charged ripoff business from hell

A week ago i received a certificate in the mail from Peoples Credit First stating i had a $5,000 credit limit, and all i needed to do was to send in a fee of $45 or $49 for a rush on the platinum Card, thank goodness i checked these people out before i mailed a check to them, what a bunch of jerks, people in this country struggle hard enough everyday without some idiot taking advantage of them, these people should be taken to court, charged, and run out of business.
