I concur with so many of you! This time Maximum Platinum played the wrong guy! I will be filing a civil action with the District Court in Nevada to put them out of business. If you want to share or join in the action, please email me at legalremedy@juno.com; You can also file criminal charges against Max. Plat. With your local police department. Also, you can contact your bank and asked them to give you a "NOTICE OF UNAUTHORIZED ACH DEBIT ENTRY". You will need to sign that form under penalty of perjury, but you get your money credited back to your account. Max. Plat. Is fake, because they do not operate with a license. They have an address in Charlotte, North Carolina and one in Carson city, Nevada and one in Los Angeles California; but they do not have any business licenses to operate in either of these states. You may also have an action against the company or the pay day loan service who release certain information, like your bank account and social security number.
