Made my car payment, they credited pmt incorrectly, wanted same money they already had, and repossessed the car anyway. They lied

I had a car loan with Boeing Employees Credit Union. I sent in my loan payment and they applied it to the car loan, reversed it back off and moved the money to my savings account, then called me threatening to repossess the car if I didn't pay them.

They came and repossessed the car anyway, and when I questioned why they asked me for money they already had, they said they didn't know they had it, but refused to give me back the car unless I paid the full 30,000.00 owing for the entire loan balance.

They refused to accept ownership of the fact they had my payment and repossessed anyway. They also refused to not charge me the repossession fees even though they had my payment and the car should not have been taken to begin with.
