These guys are scum. I got behind on a credit card and they where relentless. I finally paid $1600 for a credit card that had a limit of $1000. So figure it out. I have asked them repeatedly to at least tell the credit bureaus I settled and have gotten nothing but the run around. They try to threaten you but you are better off working with your debtor. Yes - I got behind but they made a bad situation worse. Do not deal with them. They threaten Law Suits, etc. Be careful.
