Unauthorized savings withdrawal

Our boy-in law requested an internet mortgage with my savings acct and today they've removed 150.00 from my bill. I can't look for a site for the corporation therefore I can't look for a quantity to try and achieve them. If anybody has got the quantity or understands just how to repair this please email me.
