Unauthorized charges to my credit card

I had been recently billed $7.95 on my charge card by BSM/SBA Show.in the beginning used to donot recognize where the costs originated from but I remembered that I approved some free application after I registered keystrokes4cash.com. I've never applied the program and absolutely haven't approved that any costs be produced to my bill. The web site linked to the application is www.fastsbaloan.com. I attempted to get hold of the amount found next to the cost on my credit declaration to get rid of the cost and near and eliminate something that associates me with this specific application. I had been not able to talk to anybody. The amount is 1 800-986-2640 using the characters NV beside it.

Please give me any suggestions about what I will do to fix this issue. I don't wish to damage my credit.
