Ocwen FSB Fraudulent Improper Inaccurate Reporting & Record Retention victimized many consumers

We are fortunate today. I have a refinance closing in 24 hrs and we will finally be rid, so to speak, of the evil giant Ocwen. I am currently battling Ocwen several hours a day, to force them to provide a breakdown of charges and justify them. They show late on paying taxes and are trying desperately to screw us out of 1500.00 bucks. I hate these guys so much i just ate 3k in pre-paid penalty to get away from them.

By law they are supposed to return any remainding escrow balance within 30 days. Rest assured, i will be calling THEM every day, until i get the check in hand. Turnabout is fair play. Once all is settled, i am going to persue legal action and challenge the governing authorities to audit them regarding posting, reporting, record retention & itemization. Things they should be timely and accurate anyway. I've read many complaints regarding Ocwen and sympathize with you all.
