Do not use this company!

In the beginning I had been really pleased using the customer support of Koolprint, but the moment they got my cash everything stoped. After I obtained my purchase the print-quality was terrible, you can not write out the image. I subsequently attempted to to get hold of Koolprint to get a publishing and thats once the activities started. I had been handed from customer support agent to customer support broker. I had been guaranteed calls back and not received them. I'd customer support brokers imagine to become the supervisor. After I eventually got your hands on the supervisor he'd not return my telephone calls. I quit communications and emails without any reaction.

I then appeared online and discovered sites focused on comparable grievances on Koolprint. Somebody must place them out-of company today!
