Ripoff very deceptive marketing practices

I am not sure how you can help me or how I can help others but I too have fallen prey to the preapproved gold card marketing scam of this company that promised a gold card with a $15,000 credit limit. This gave me a catalog of items to purchase and I found this to be very misleading. Gold card my ass! I have since returned the card and the contents and I have not received my $37.00 back, it has been well over 2 months now and they said if I mail everything back within 30 days I would be refunded.

I not only want to be refunded but I also want to see these deceptive marketing tactics stopped. There are probably thousands of other who have fallen for this scam, mostly those with poor credit who would jump at the opportunity to restore their credit with this ploy! Please beware!!!
