Turning into the devil

After also seeing my interest rate double because i was late on a payment because i never recieved statement I called them. Got the same results all you people got. I always paid on time and I think they may have not sent statements out on purpose. Other companies have pulled the same crap on us poor people and congress should do something about it. They gave these companies cart blanch to screw the hell out of us. My suggestion is don't pay them a dime lets pull the same stuff on them that they are pulling on us. If your behind they will just keep wacking you with over the limits and whatever they can. They certainly don't want to help.

DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH WASHINGTON MUTUAL BEWARE! They have over 300 compaints!
