Offered free credit report, but then charged by bank account $14.95 when I had not authorized them to do so!

I was unaware that freecreditreport.com charged you bank account after the "free membership" expired. Now I have a $14.95 charge on my bank account. I would have overdrawn if I had not recently closed one of my savings accounts. This is an outrage!
