I took out a $300 loan in July, paid $625 and was told I still owe $360.00!

I took out a $300 loan in July, paid $625.00 and was told I still owed $360.00. I was told this by a very aggressive representative from One Click Cash.

I requested that all correspondences be done by email. I was told that the email address was oneclickcash.com. Of course, it wasn't. When I called back the representative told me that they did not have an email address or he couldn't find it.

I explained that Virginia has laws that govern amounts of finance charges. I told him that I wanted to reach a settlement on this account. He threatened legal action.

He then told me to hold, he had another incoming call. After 3 minutes, I hung up.

All I wanted was to reach a settlement that was fair to both parties. One Click Cash didn't seem interested. I feel I was bullied by the unpleasant man.
