Stole over $3,000 from our family during the icestorm

My husband and I were opening a new company and thought that it would be a good idea to find a way to finance the company. We found Galaxy Funding online. We proceeded to contact them with interest of qualifying for a loan. The girl that was working our case went by the name of Magan Ofor. She told us to send $1700 via Western Union to Canada for insurance purposes. After receiving the $1700 she then requested another $1500, and later requested more which added up to more than $3,000. We then waited for the loan proceeds after a period of approximately 3 weeks. We then tried to contact Magan for a status update only to find out that she had not been in her office since Friday, and they haven't heard anything from her since. We then contact the manager of the company and requested our money back. We were then told by the manager that they will put a rush on the refund money but that it would take 10 to 15 business days. Our first contact with this company was on November 30, it is now December 27, and we still have not seen our refund money. Now everytime we contact the company the number has been disconnected, we just don't get a real person, and our messages we have left with the manager Brad have not been returned. During this situation our family has suffered financially due to not only the scam but because of the aftermath of the icestorm.
