Ripoff lapsed insurance and give higher quotes overall nasty man

Bob Ballan owner of coverage associates branched out of an agency that our mission had a policy with. The insurance lapsed the director called for a quote, it was over a thousand higher. Mr Ballan was very rude and we decided to go elsewhere, all we needed was a copy of the policy, other companies want prior policies.

He refused and hung up the phone several attempts have been made to get his cooperation. So thanks to him being a shady guy our mission that feeds hundreds of people a month might have to close.
