Steve Paige He calls himself Consumer Credit Service, claiming to "fix credit, stop garnishments, make deals with credit card companies

When initiating contact, he quickly claimed that he would stop harassing phone calls, improve credit reports, stop garnishment and prevent judgments. After crediting my account for $194.95, he refused to "clarify" how he actually would do it.

He took information on all accounts (I filled out extensive forms) and responded by saying that he could get the credit card companies to settle for 3% finance charge. That is all he could do.

I told him he could not help me because some had already settled for 0% finance charge. Obviously, he never even contacted any of the companies because he knew none of the balances and he didn't know that most of them had been "charged off". I gave him a lot more information about how debt collection works than he ever knew. He still argued which is a manipulation after the 5th time I said "no".

He argued and still would not explain "how" he could help. He did however, email me about 5x saying, "I can help you get your stuff together"..."call me in 10 minutes, I have to pick up my son. Or.."I can't explain my wife is sick right now..." or, call me tomorrow. If you don't hear from me at 3:00pm, give me a call... Or, "can you call me back in 10 minutes?" This is not business-like at all. He deserves to loose clients if he has no more respect for them than that! It appeared he was showing me how much in demand he was but I believe he was just rude.

This is the most unprofessional con man who stalls when he cannot explain himself, says he is performing things when there is nothing he can possibly do and will not meet face to face! Beware. I still don't know what he does but steal. I offered a fee for emailing me but he argues something into the ground which he cannot prove, and then charges you the whole start up fee for his "arguing" time. Beware.
