Scam Company Who Rips People Off Just Before Christmas

This company calls you on the phone sounding very legit and offering you a loan from an application that you filled out on-line. They claim that they have found a private investor who will fund your loan amount that you asked for in the application. After explaining this they claim that they need an "insurance collateral" payment which is "not" an advance fee as this money comes off of the pay back amount and the investor needs something in case of a default. The people (peter barnes, micheal Taylor) sound very legit and believeable and even go as far as calling you on a regular basis to be sure that you understand everything.

This company was listed on the bbb when my husband and i first looked into them and we did not find complaints listed for them. We unfortunately fell for this scam and, since this is right before christmas, we have lost all our money including buying christmas presents for our three children.

Phis company and their two "nice" people (peter barnes and micheal taylor) need to be made to pay. I truly wish that we would have learned what we know now before we fell for this.
