I Received a bill for $12,879.04 Under My Previous Name to a Bogus Account with Chase

I received a bill for $12,879.04 from this company that I know nothing about.
If I pay a total of $6,439.52 now in 3 monthly payments they will disregard the rest.

After calling several times, I finally talked to someone who said this was an account through Chase from 1995, then she changed the year to 1991 and she had my SSN. I told her there was no way this was my account and that I had filed bankruptcy around that time. She told me to hold on and cut me off. I also called Chase and they had no record of the account number on the bill from NCO.

I do have a current account with Chase and make all my payments on time, so this has to be a scam! I have had no accounts in my previous name for 11 years
