I also was one of Richard Banks rip off consumers. He told me the same thing, that he could get me a loan, came up with figures that would work for me, then told me I needed to send money to a Atim Etim Patrick Inyang, through moneygram, which I did...$900.00.
And never heard from him again.

I believed him when he told me he was a legitimate honorable man. Yeah, honorable in ripping people off.
