This comapany mislead us

We contacted this company in June 0f 2007 to re-finance our mortgage. We have an adjustable rate mortgage and we wanted to get back into a a fixed loan. We were constantly told stories that it was at the underwriters and that the underwriters were not responding. We were finally given a date aof 9-14-07 that we were supposed to go to closing. Now please understand that most mortgage refinance transactions are process in less han 3 weeks from the initial contact, no confirmation was given to us and the closing on the loan did not happen. We waited and waited believing with the false hope that we would be refinanced and quickly. I anticipated no problems because my credit at the time was fine.
What we were not told was that this lender did not have any programs that could fit us and we waited and believed that they would help us. Lots of phone calls were made, emails were sent and we were constantly blown off.

Our credit became damaged because as in most closings, you don't need to concern with the month you close in. We did not. Our hopes and beliefs were dashed when it did not happen. It's December now. Our credit that took us two years to repair was destroyed overnight under false hopes and pre-tenses that we were to have had a closed loan.

Our Christmas has been destroyed, a marriage is now shattered, and a home that was worked so hard for is gone. Our phone calls were not answered, neither were our emails and this company just blew us off after dragging their feet for months.

Consumers: if you don't want these things to happen to you don't use this company. They are not sincere in their business practices and most certainly not dedicated to serving the clients. If this company didn't have a program that was suitable, they should have told us so and we would have moved on. They didn't. They baited us and then abandoned us leaving us to hold the bag in refinancing. We are now inable to re-finance, there really is nothing we can do about it because they left us high and dry.

Avoid this company and pick something better that won't take you for a ride.
