Overcharging and stolen property

I've the Charter Cable Tv, Highspeed Internet, and Phone Pack bundle that's said to be one-bill each month for $99. Each month they bill me twice monthly to get a whole of around $200, that's not the offer I approved, and everytime I ask somebody why I'm billed so much all-they may state is "I actually donot understand." I've also had 2 products taken from my house by 2 of the Specialists, the very first product was a cable internet device that I'd bought entirely from Constitution, it was changed over time. Subsequently, a radio flash adapter for my next pc was taken and that I have not observed cost or even the adapter in a number of weeks with no you can help me. I'm being overcharged as well as for excessively poor service with very little customer care/assistance.
