After many letters and months I have yet to receive my $43.00 refund or any response from them...

I wish I had seen this site before I mailed off my $43.00 to this company. After receiving their mail order catalog I realized that I had been had.

It is a "credit card" to use for ordering from their catalog. I mailed it all back the next morning with my written request for my immediate refund that they promise to do.

Been several months. No refund. No response from this company. I can't get a phone number on this company at all. I've been had. This is illegal. Is there any recourse for people as myself? This company needs to be shut down.
