Continuing Ripoff, they are in breech of contract, where are the lawyers for this

They continue to pull monies out of my account and I am in the hole w/no computer 978.00 already.
I cant believe what a fraud this company is and there are yet to be any lawful prosecution done to this company.
I feel really stupid. I was told by a lawyer in my area to contact the local D.A. Office because it was an out of state issue, left them a brief message
and no avail have not heard from them either.
I have documented every contact date, person and outcome. I even told them to keep the monies just stop pulling money out of my account, nope, bend over.
