Cashinpayday.com Horrible Customer Service, Combatative Company Manage

I signed up for web advertising on cashinpayday.com. I never got any kind of confirmation email, not even in my spam box (I have a gmail account). I sent an email requesting more information on what I had ordered and never got a response. I then called the customer service number and they told me they would send the email again, but once again I never received it.

A couple weeks after that I called again, only to get hung up on. I then immediately called back and left a message explaining that I felt that they were fraudulent in their practices and would proceed to report them to the BBB and Attorney General's office.

Someone calling himself a manager called me back soon after and berated me in a very defensive tone that I have a listening problem and that they have sent me emails but that gmail has been blocking them. This man was rude, combative, disrespectful, and extremely unhelpful.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, because if there are any problems they will just yell at you and act beligerant and defensive and say it's all your fault. It's also worth mentioning that none of their advertising methods have done a thing for my website, which is a high converting website, so needless to say their advertising methods do not work.
