Harrasing my Pregnant Wife for addition money after insurance paid off

My wife's car was totaled in a car accident, we turned everything over to my Insurance. The accident was not our fault and we were told that we would not have to pay our deductible, by our insurace company.

Albert, from Mullen, Contacted my wife and threatend to report a negitive mark against her credit because according to Mullen she owes Mullen the Deductible from our insurance company. My Insurance paid off the vehical and because the vehical was worth more than what the loan amount was, we recieved money from the insurance company as well as they paid off the loan.

They will not fax us or mail us any type of doumentation. They gave us four days to pay them before the report the negitive credit information. They have been very rude, and when we try to tell them they need to contact our insurance company they tell us its our responsiblty and not the insurace companies. But isnt that why we have insurance? To protect us from con companies like this?

I hope they reply with more of there lies, because that is what they do best it seems. After reading previous postings and encountering our problem, it amazes me that this company is in business still. This company teaches all of its employees how to lie.

We will be sueing for harrasment of my pregnent wife, and threating to report negitive credit.

I hope no one will finance with this people again and all current loans will be refinanced by other companies.
