Taken for a Ride

My husband and I sent around $10,000 worth of uncollected debt from our Matco Tool business around a year ago. I have tried repeatedly to call someone to find out if they have collected any money. The first time I actually got to speak with a person, they told me the guy who was handling our case no longer works there and they would have someone contact me. Well, that never happened. I called again several times. I left messages and no one would ever call me back. I finally called and a real live person actually answered the phone. He told me that our case was now assigned to a guy named Alex. Of course, Alex wasn't there at the time, nor was he there any other time I called. I have emailed the supposed owner of the company, Richie Marotte, detailing the run around we have received. I have never gotten a response. For all I know they have collected half or all of the money owed to us without ever sending us one cent. My husband and I feel Abraham Roth & Associates are a complete scam and have stolen money from us. There must be something we can do.
