Ripoff consumer rip-off fraud

I feel so foolish. I dont usually trust anything like this and I truly dont know why I did this time but I as others were scammed. I sent them the $49.00 Rush order fee for my $5000.00 platinum credit card and only found this site after they cashed my check.

I only checked because I thought it stranged that I mailed my check on Monday the 16 of September and the check was cleared on Wednsday the 18th of September. I dont know how they did it so fast but they did.

I then found a number online to reach them and when i finally got through, I informed them I would be filing all types of reports against them for fraudulently representing themselves and they just told my that when I receive my package send it back in its entirety and they will refund my money.

I am really upset that they are getting away with this. Isnt this mail fraud. A federal offense. Isnt there something we can do to stop them? Please let me know if there is. I am willing to take this all the way through. I cannot afford for this to cost me any more money though. I work very hard for my money and really couldnt afford to lose this $49.00 and I hope to get it back and will follow through no matter how long it takes but I WOULD LIKE TO ASSIST IN STOPPING THESE PEOPLE AND BRINGING THEM TO JUSTICE...
