Improper business!

I requested the merchandise by telephone for that present of $39.99 using the second one-free. The entire procedure for purchase was complex, unclear and comprehensive about the deal, and also the procedure was completed with a, not really a genuine individual. 24 hours later, I named the client support to stop the purchase. They stated it'd been prepared and can not be ended (though I received emails of running and shipping verification 2 nights following the criticism). The quantity they charged me with this deal was $83.70. I had been unsure where this quantity originated from, there is no depth, anything didn't create any sense. Used to do not approach any more since I experienced a poor customer support together after I tried the termination. 8 weeks later they charged my charge card again for $13.90. I'm unsure how to proceed with this specific plus they curently have my creditcardnumber today.

When they can't repair this issue, I'll proceed beyond simply grievances.
