They took money to cover the cost of the loan and then decided they wanted to continue taking money as they wished and desired

Ameriloan told me that I could get a loan for $300. They proceeded to take $90 a week from my account for 5 weeks and on the 5th week, they took an additional $50. I froze the account, because I tried calling them, and emailing them to get clarity as to why they told me in order to pay off the loan I would have to pay $390, but they took as much as $500 and was still trying to take more. No one would answer when I called and no one would respond to my emails. FINALLY, (once the account was frozen and they could not draw anymore money) they called me. YEAH!!! I now had an actual individual to talk to, who was not happy with our conversation, because he said I was not being NICE to him when I started explaining my frustrations. I was sooooo upset and very angry that they refused to send me information via fax saying that if I pay a certain amount (with a signature) that I would not have to deal with them anymore. The individual on the phone just kept telling me that if I went online I could obtain all of the information I was looking for. I told him, "That is unacceptable." You want security that I will pay from me, with a signature, but you can't give me security that says I am done paying with a signature? FINALLY, he agreed to fax me a copy of a form that states I have given them X amount of dollars and that if I only gave them X more (bringing my total due to $750 for a $300 loan) that I will be done paying them. (i am still waiting for the faxed copy!!!)
