I have a go-phone. After realizing my minutes have decreased, I found out that someone had charged ringtones to my phone without my knowing and/or authorization. I would like to request that this service cease immediately and my phone be credited with the charged amount. I humbly ask that you take the appropiate and immediate action to this matter so I will not have to take this any further.
