I wrote one bad check to WalMart at the beginning of 2007. I paid the check, and now TeleChek has debited my account 3 times for $25 each time. I've called them to complain, and they laughed and said, "Well, we've got your money and you can't stop us."

I complained to my Credit Union, and they said all they can do is refund my money to me and have me close my checking account and open a new one so that they can't access it again. They said they are familiar with the problem, that many people have complained, but no one does anything.

Well, I want to do something. If you have had this same problem, and wish to be a part of a class action suit, email me (ROR removed for security purposes) and I will email you back.
