The company debited my checking account for a one-timem non-refundable fee of $19. I emailed them about it, and the status of my loan, but i never got a response, so i knew i was ripped off

I was charged a one time, non-refundable fee of $19 which they debited from my checking account by bank ACH. They threatened that if anyone tries to notify their bank, and say that the charge was unauthorized, he or she would be prosecuted, yet their the ones who are ripping people off. I read another report and rebuttel by someone who was also ripped off by this company, and is warning people not to use them.

They provided no phone number, but i didn't realize this until after the fact. They only provided three email address; they are as follows: customerservice@jackson-cash.com, info@jackson-cash.com, and techsupport@jackson-cash.com. They are purposely not providing a phone number so that no one can contact them by phone, and no one from this company ever responded to my email about my $19 fee, and the status of my loan. They only provide email addresses so that they can take their time about replying. They also say that the $19 fee is non-refundable whether or not you are approved for the loans, this way they get your money anyway. They're a complete rip off, and they need to be stopped asap!
