Runaround supreme complimented with lies

Where to begin, I too am also stressed with having a loan from Triad. Had I known what problems they would bring I would have never got the loan.
I too have had the multiple phone calls, poor attitude from reps and lies.
This most recent event got my blood boiling. I was trying to make a late payment and the following months payment so it wouldn't be late, kill to birds with one check so to speak. Anyway, I wanted the payment differred for two days. I was very specific on this point. They said "OK", they said I could use a check or debit card. I thought wow they have a progam that defers payments with debit. Boy I was wrong even after I gave them My info I asked "the money won't be pulled until the desired date, correct?", they said "yes". They took it out on their desired date, that night.

As a result they put me in the negative and pulled my rent money plus some. My wife called first and as to be expected she got the runaround. So I called from work, called four times got four differant reps, one floor manager and four supervisors. All of which tried to solve my problem and when they couldn't do so they handed me off.

After my fourth supervisor, I mentioned that my conversation from the night before was recorded and proved it was their error. I also told him to go listen to it, granted i was a bit irrate when i said it.
Either way he said he would listen to it, and after some commotion in the background he hung up on me. I simply can't take any more of their S#! T.
I am down for a class action as well!
