In Collections with CashNetUSA. Finding out through several different sources they are a rip off

Well my story goes like this. I have used Cash net several times, and in these times there have been quite a few problems with the extension process. I saw an article on here about a person who requested an extension and they took the total amount out of the account. Wow, this has happened to me as well. While on a trip out of town costing me $500 in overdrafts. Upon contacting Cash net they shrugged it off, like it was my mistake, but this has happened to me more than once now. I also see that there are others having this issue. I may have missed some creative wording in the terms of service as well, but another issue I have to advise to anyone thinking of using Cash net. I am currently in collections with them. I was told that the collection process continues until the balance is paid in full this meat to me as was explain that when funds appeared available in my account it will be taken out. No, not at all Cash net will try to take this out of your account no matter if it is in there or not adding more overdrafts to my account. This company has put me in a total financial squeeze. So please use caution when dealing with them.
