Threatened to proceed with legal action and refused to prove i owe them anything henderson

I have been having problems with Westbury Ventures taking money out of my checking account.

Today I received a phone call from a lady by the name of Kristen (refused to give me a last name) who claims i am doing fraudulent activity towards her company.

Claims i owe them 390.00 but is unwilling to give me any proof. When i asked her to send me some proof she stated she did not have to do that and that she was going to file fraudulent activity on my social security number and with my bank.

When i asked again for proof of her claim she stated she did not need to prove to a no good b*ch like me that i owed her anything and that she knew what type of person i am because she deals with people like me all the time...

These people are rude and ignorant and are not willing to work with us at all. Said if she could prove i owe the money i would willingly pay it... Unfortunatley she refuses to prove anything...

This company also likes to use differnt identifiers when it comes to taking money out of your checking account... And any one there who answers the phones says they are unwilling to give any proof of an account with them because by law they do not have to...
