Homestead Protection Service
Misrepresented

I was contacted by JR Kroll originally back in October to help with my foreclosure. He informed me that if I pay Homestead Protection Services 997.00, which is one month mortgage payment, that their company has close relations with my mortgage company and that he could have all the monies owed added to the end of my mortgage. The 997.00 is their fee for the services. And which in email I asked JR if nothing could be done if my money would refunded.in which he told me that he would get with his manager and make sure I would get it back. So then today 12/4 I was contacted by Jackie Rasado that said that my mortgage company would not do any modifications.in which my question to her was ok so I will get a refund when? She stated that I would not get a refund since there was a sell date. Ok Jr knew all this and that is why I asked him that.in which I have emails of all communtication that I done with them all.
I told Jackie that I would talk to JR and she advised that he was on vacation until Monday 12/10/07.in which my sale date is 12/11. Nice people.
It is sad when they take someone that is down and just continue to kick them. But I will get my 997.00 back.
