TD Banknorth
Overdraft rip-off

I have been banking with TD Banknorth for less than a month and with one gas charge on my debit card of $33 dollars have now found myself in debt to these crooked SOB's for $196. This sum is growing every 5 days by $35. I was never given any notice that this charge would be applied and can not get a straight answer out of anyone over there. Apparently this bank and others have been getting away with this for years. This is my first over-draft and have never been subjected to anything like this with my Credit Union. This is outrageous!!!
