Harassing phone calls and ridiculous outstanding fees with no foundation

I have been a customer with drive for about a year now and it has been nothing short of iceskating up hill!!! They claim I owe them for two bounced checks from March and June of 07 with a total of $382.00 with no proof of a bounced check to date and ridiculous fess saying i have been late everytime i have paid my payment.
First of all, I do not have a checking account, to much hassle. I have a savings account and pay all my bills via moneygram or mail a money order. I recently sent these frauds $400 on the first of the month (Dec) after giving them a payment of the same amount on the 15th of November. My car payment is only $500.88 a month so that is about $300.00 over what my payment is.
I have never been late for a payment and further have proof of this with receipts from the Western Union Moneygram Center with which I pay this payment. I hope someone does something about this soon like the Better Business Bureau or someone files a class action lawsuit cause i cannot afford a lawyer. Also, I am in the military and recently got home from serving in Iraq and was told that i am not privy to the Patriot Act or Soldiers and Sailors act. That is a crock of! @#$ because I have been in the military for over 7 years. Can someone please give me some advice.
