Calls Constitantly, Is extremely rude and uses rude language on my answering machine Ft Worth

These people call several times a day and I do not answer unknown callers. These people have left music, asked for people I have never heard of, and have even left rude messages on my machine. I am on the Do Not Call list... And this does seem like a scam to me. It also seems that they are trying to get more on my identity.
