I have been banking with US Bank for about 4 years now and feel I have been unlawfully ripped off by them. I had a garnish on my account and was not notifued about it until I was in the hole by about $600. I was told by a couple of representatives that they didn't have to notify me that it was happening and that "its bank policy because it was labeled as Colorado Government."
I'm sort of stuck as to what to do, should I do a class action suit or some how work it out so all I pay is anything that I know I was responsible for? I'm looking at going to a Credit Union, the seem to be a better way to go.
