Capital First benefits rip off scam con artists slow processing victimized many consumers

I just went thru a ugly divorce, that by the time i found out it was going on my wife had everything including the bank account. So when i got this phone call waking me out of my sleep i had considered it a blessing.

The guy stated that i would be guranteed a credit card with $2500 limit i questioned it several times and seeing i had heard of Capital one, which was first mistake, word association, i said i would give it a try if didnt like it, or wasnt what they said it stated full refund. I had forgot all about it when i gets this package in the mail about 4/5 weeks later which came at good time until i opened it and got right on the phone and let them know that i wanted my money back and was cancelling my order because it wasnt what i was told i was getting they gave me this address in florida and told me thier supervisors was unavailable somebody different got on the phone who i assumed was a supervisor and repeated the same infostating 29.95 was non-refundable.

I spoke to my legal plan and they told me to take it on the chin, it would take more than it was worth to get that money back. I accepted that chalked it up until i found out that they hadnt cancelled it and was attacking my account. I called them again and after waiting on phone45 minutes finally got a response they told me the same conservasation i had about my 29.95 but said nobody cancelled i said what did it sound like to you minding the affairs of adults that they were thieves and rip-off & conartist and i would take it to better business bureau he said rules were rules that they wouldnt be changed and i had certain amount of days to report the cancelation agian i questioned what did he think i was doing when i tried to get my 29.95 back
