Suckered me out of $200 for a credit card that never came took money and disconnected phone

Leisure Card contacted me on my home phone # 4 months ago and offered me a Mastercard. I listened and agreed to a Mastercard. I spoke to a representative by the name of Tasha. She took my info and explained to me that i would be deducted $199.99 from my savings account and would then be mailed a card 2-3 weeks afterward.

I assumed it was not a fradulent transaction because one, I hung up and called her back to verify the company name and number. Second she gave me a confirmation #, which was #0950917. Also, she had me do the verification that I wanted the card with a third party, and was told the call was being recorded.

Afterward she explained that i would be signed up for other services on a thirty day trial basis. I told them i did not want the services, and she said she cancelled those said services, such as a 1-800 Pager # service, and road side assistance.

A few weeks later, no card. I called the number, they took my name and # and said they would call me in 24 to 48 hours. I did this process 9 more times. During which time, they not only charged me the 199, but also charged me $99 a piece for the services I did not want. This drained my savings and put me in the red with the bank. They did this at least 4 times, which I can document with bank records.

Now I call and the number has a recording that states that American Leisure has shut down services temporarily. No other info is given, and no number is given for customer assistance. Can you please help me?
