Do Not Trust them when they tell you you are pre-approved

I contacted countrywide through their website ans surely I was immediately contacted by Craig Vogt, he assured me that there was no issue. Never told me about any negatives all positives and that I had nothing to worry about the refinanincing. I gave him my bank number to withdrawl $ 405.00 for the appraisal. Once the appraisal came back and it was a little short he said that there is nothing he can do do me, so I am out $ 405.00. Don't trust COUNTRYWIDE go elsewhere. Remember what goes around comes around. They will get theirs.
