Promised high returns on investment that's not to be CALLED an investment, 32822

Business & Finance

I was promised a 15 % return on an investment they said to not call an investment because that would have been illegal. I was overcharged for the product which was called a M.A.P. Which a MAP was the term used for "They will do the recruiting for me, I just have to give them names" I was supposed to be collecting on this investment for the rest of my life. Everything was going fine for about 6 months, I was getting around $1400.00 every month in 3 different checks throughout the month on a $11,500.00 investment. I got close to getting my investment back and all of a sudden they said they had to change the rules because of the new state laws.

Then they said they had updated the software to help the business grow and we would be getting money soon. Then they came up with a new rule..."You have to buy $200.00 worth of product every 2 months to stay active in receiving monies. Along with that I had to renew every M.A.P. For $50.00 every 12 months. I have not received any monies owed to me for a couple of weeks after it was due and I called the office and wrote an e-mail to the support network everyday and got no calls answered and only the auto responder from the e-mails, (no help).

I finally got someone on the phone after 2 1/2 months of this and they had no answers what so ever until they turned around and asked their supervisor and I was told everything is just going to take a little time. Meanwhile, online in the back office payouts that used to be $1,150.00 are showing up for $1.00 but not getting credited to the debit card. Then we get this email saying that the software they put in was the problem along with the credit card company and it will take 30 days to install yet a different software set-up and just hang in there and you will get your money in due time, thanks for your patience. I have not recived any money for 4 months.

I have depended on this money to pay my bills and it without warning it just stopped, which made me late on credit card payments resulting in higher intrest rates. I am on disability and have to find away to pay bills without this much relied upon income.
