Charges fees even when I used Direct Deposit Salt Lake City

I recently opened an account with Direct General for a prepaid Debit Visa. The terms and conditions clearly stated that if the person had direct deposit all transaction (s) would not be charged the $1.00 transaction fees.
WELL, they lied! I did sign up for direct deposit and I have been charged $15 so far! I emailed them and all I got was the sorry excuse—"Due to the usage of the account we cannot refund any transaction fees" Well, it states that you can use this card ANYWHERE VISA is accepted—that is what I did! Never, Never get anything from this company for they will rip you off and laugh about it.
