Charge me for service that i thought i cancelled freecreditreport.com

I applied for a free crdit report online and came to realize that it wasn't free. So attempted to cancel the service and thought it was cancel but came to realize i was still being charge for the service, and on top of that, i could never actually access my credit report because it just wouldnt let me.
