SCAMMED CUSTOMER OUT OF $3000.00 claims to be the only credit card processing solution that integrates directly with ALL QuickBooks Products

This company claims to process credit transactions for small bussinesses easy and smoothly. I had a client that wanted to pay for a $3000. Oo purchase and they called to verify the transaction by calling from o blocked phone then they would not identify themselfs or leave a phone number that could be verified. They also demanded sensitive customer info. When I declined to give out this info. And suggested that they could contact the custumer directly to verify sale they said it was not their job. As I wanted to protect my client from any credit card fraud I cancelled the transaction along with my subscribtion for their services. They retaliated by charging the custumer $3000.00 and keeping the money. They also claim that they can not refund it for 275 days and that there is nothing I can do about it because I my services with them. There attitude is tough we have the money.
